Our rules-based pagination engine is the fastest available and fully paginates a typical directory including listings, ads and filler within minutes. InformationPages’ full publication package will come standard with accounting options, including invoicing, lead generation and canvass management.

Content Management (“CMS”)
InformationPages was the first to market with a dynamic self-provisioning management interface that provides our clients real-time directory publishing. InformationPages’ CMS provides an efficient web-based interface to control all aspects of the publishing system. Listings and ads can be created, deleted or modified at anytime. Status changes allow listings and ads to be temporarily taken offline without re-keying to bring them back online. Directories can be repaginated with the click of a button and proofed before generating camera ready artwork.

Bulk Ad Submissions
Zipped or stuffed ad files can be automatically uncompressed and simultaneously optimized for high resolution print applications and low resolution web output. We’ll work with you to integrate this service directly into your corporate website or portal. Advanced workflow allows converted ad files to be automatically emailed to the appropriate staff including hi-res versions for production and low-res copies for proofing and invoicing.

Fully Customizable
InformationPages’ publication system is completely customizable using ultra-flexible templates. Templates can be created on a per book, section and listing basis to accurately recreate the look of your existing printed directories including community, government, yellow, white, coupon and classified pages. So accurately, in fact, that camera ready output can go directly to press.
